Then peel the carrots and potatoes and cut them into cubes, cut the leek into fine rings. Wash the marjoram, carefully shake it dry and pluck the leaves from the stalk. Preparation Remove the core of the apples and peel them in the upper third with a sharp knife, then place the apples in a microwave-safe container. Mix the hazelnut brittle, cinnamon, brown sugar and vanilla sugar and spread half of the mixture evenly over the apples with a piece of butter. Then put a tablespoon of maple syrup and a splash of rum on each apple (grape juice works as an alternative for baked apples without alcohol).
